Our work & Responsibilities
- We supply daily wages manpower and labours as per requirement from employer on contract basis
- We provide trained staff to our client and provide skilled & unskilled labour such as All BE, Diploma, welder, Fitter, Turner, Electricians, Spray painter, Motor Mech., Diesel Mech, Grinder, Machinist, Tool & Die maker, Helpers, Packer & House-keeper.
- We maintain all records i. e Attendance register, Wages Register, Leave Register, LWF, PF, ESIC, Profession Tax and GST records.
- We provide Uniform, Shoes, Identity cards with photograph & personal details to employee after that Joining. [Reimbursement basis]
- We take responsibility of our employees about their behavior in Company circle.
- We notice that our Employees follow rules and regulations of the Company.
- Our field supervisor visit company at night shift. (two days on every week)
